Eastover Express Submissions

Our deadline for submissions to the Eastover Express is 5:00 pm, Wednesday for inclusion on our website and in our weekly Sunday distribution. Unfortunately, late submissions will note be accepted. We appreciate your understanding!

Eastover Express should be “copy ready” and include:

  • Dates you’d like it to run in the Eastover Express
  • Event/Item details with brief description
  • Day(s), date(s), times and location of event, if applicable
  • Deadlines when appropriate
  • Contact Person: name, email, phone and PTA committee/Group/Grade organizing event
  • Forms, website links and attachments (forms, pictures, etc.)
  • Section of PTA website you would like your information featured

 

Once you’ve completed your entry, please email it to Ann Miller Maddox (amattocks@me.com), Lindsay Jones (lindsayhawfieldjones@gmail.com) and Lauren Brandt (brandt.lauren@gmail.com).

 

Incomplete information will be returned and corrections will be due back by noon on Friday to be included in the following week’s Eastover Express. Please note: the Eastover Express editor may shorten your content and post a more lengthy version on eastoverpta.org.
